Percorrendo un breve sentiero privato (50 metri) si arriva al mare, con scogliera bassa agevolmente praticabile.
La proprietà si trova all’interno di una zona a tutela paesaggistica integrale (Zona a Protezione Speciale di Capo Sperone).
La villa ospita comodamente sei persone ed è composta da una splendida e ampia terrazza panoramica arredata, un grande ed accogliente salone, una cucina molto attrezzata, tre camere da letto e due bagni completi con doccia, un solarium con due lettini. Nel parco è inoltre presente un’area attrezzata con barbecue, una doccia esterna servita da acqua calda e posti auto coperti da pergolato.
L’abitazione è dotata di climatizzazione, wi-fi, televisore, lettore dvd, asciugacapelli in ogni bagno, lavatrice. Cucina attrezzata: piano cottura ad induzione, forno elettrico, macchinetta elettrica per il caffè (in omaggio 50 cialde), planetaria, frullatore, frullatore ad immersione, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, piastra per waffle, gelatiera. Ampia dotazione di pentole e stoviglie.

The property is located within an integral landscape protected area (Capo Sperone Special Protected Area).
The villa comfortably accommodates six people and it is composed of a splendid and large furnished panoramic terrace, a large and welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower, a solarium with two beds. In the park there is also an area with a barbecue, an outdoor hot water shower and parking spaces covered by a pergola.
The house is provided with air conditioning, wi-fi, television, dvd player, hair dryer in every bathroom, washing machine. Kitchen equipment: induction hob, electric oven, electric coffee maker (free 50 pods), planetary mixer, blender, immersion blender, toaster, electric kettle, waffle maker, ice cream maker. Wide range of pots and pans.
Guests have access to reef shoes, flippers, diving masks.
Wide selection of books for all ages and board games are available.

Über einen kurzen Privatweg (50 m) gelangen Sie zum Meer mit einer leicht zu bewerkstelligenden niedrigen Klippe.
Die Liegenschaft befindet sich in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet (Capo Sperone Special Protected Area).
Die Villa bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen und ist besteht aus einer herrlichen und großen möblierten Panoramaterrasse, einem großen und einladenden Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, drei Schlafzimmern und zwei kompletten Badezimmern mit Dusche, einem Solarium mit zwei Betten. Im Park gibt es auch einen Bereich mit einem Grill, einer Warmwasserdusche im Freien und Parkplätzen, die mit einer Pergola überdacht sind.
Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlage, Wi-Fi, Fernseher, DVD-Player, Föhn in jedem Badezimmer, Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Küchenausstattung: Induktionskochfeld, elektrischer Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (50 Stück gratis), Planetenmischer, Mixer, Stabmixer, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Waffeleisen, Eismaschine. Große Auswahl an Töpfen und Pfannen.

La proprietà si trova all’interno di una zona a tutela paesaggistica integrale (Zona a Protezione Speciale di Capo Sperone): un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, lontana dai rumori e dalla confusione, dove regnano il suono del mare, del vento ed il profumo dei cespugli della macchia mediterranea.
Un breve sentiero (50 metri) nel parco vi porterà su una bassa scogliera agevolmente praticabile. Per voi un mare cristallino con ricco fondale, nella piacevole esclusività di una scogliera raggiungibile solo dalla villa!
Il mare si raggiunge anche attraverso un breve viottolo alternativo, all’interno del parco privato, seguendo un percorso naturale tra i cespugli spontanei di lentisco ed olivastro selvatico.
A disposizione degli ospiti, all’interno del parco privato, angoli relax panoramici, un’area attrezzata con barbecue, una doccia esterna servita da acqua calda e posti auto coperti da pergolato.
Il sito è particolarmente adatto agli amanti delle immersioni, dello snorkeling e della pesca.
LE SPIAGGE DELLA BAIA DI TURRI
(a 100 metri dalla villa)
Oltre alla scogliera di comodo accesso a pochi metri dall’abitazione avrete la possibilità di fare il bagno nelle tre spiaggette della baia di Turri.
La prima (guardando il mare a sinistra della torre) è una piccola insenatura circondata da due alte scogliere. L’arenile è composto principalmente da sabbia misto a grani medi e ciottoli. Il fondale marino è sabbioso e basso, il mare cristallino ha un bel colore turchese.
La seconda spiaggetta (guardando il mare a destra della torre) ha un fondo composto da ciottoli scuri e una parte sabbiosa. La terza spiaggia , che si trova subito dopo, è la più lunga e presenta un arenile formato in gran parte da ciottoli levigati dal mare. Il è fondale basso e sabbioso l’acqua è di un meraviglioso colore verde smeraldo e azzurro.
Tutte le spiagge sono al riparo dal maestrale e sullo sfondo si estende una fitta e selvaggia macchia mediterranea.

THE BEACHES OF THE BAY OF TURRI
(100 meters from the villa)
In addition to the cliff, you will have the opportunity to swim in the three beaches of the bay of Turri at around 100 meters from the house.
The first (on left of the tower looking at the sea ) is a small cove surrounded by two high cliffs. The beach is mainly composed of sand mixed with medium grain and pebbles. The seabed is sandy and low, the crystalline sea has a beautiful turquoise color.
The second beach (on the right of the tower looking at the sea ) has a sandy outer layer on a dark pebbles bottom.
The third beach, which is located immediately after, is the longest and is formed largely by pebbles smoothed by the sea. The seabed is shallow and sandy, the water has a wonderful emerald green and blue color.
All the beaches are protected from the mistral and a thick and wild Mediterranean vegetation extends in the background.

Ein kurzer Weg (50 Meter) im Park führt Sie zu einer niedrigen und leicht zu befahrenden Klippe. Für Sie ein kristallklares Meer mit einem reichen Meeresboden, in der angenehmen Exklusivität einer Klippe, die nur von der Villa aus zu erreichen ist!
Das Meer kann auch über einen kurzen alternativen Weg innerhalb des privaten Parks erreicht werden, der einem natürlichen Weg zwischen Mastix- und Wildoliven-Spontansträuchern folgt.
Im privaten Park finden die Gäste Panorama-Entspannungsecken, einen Grillplatz, eine Warmwasserdusche im Freien und Parkplätze mit Pergola.
Der Platz eignet sich besonders zum Tauchen, Schnorcheln und Angeln.
DIE STRÄNDE DER BUCHT VON TURRI
(100 Meter von der Villa entfernt)
Neben der Steilküste haben Sie die Möglichkeit, an den drei Stränden der Bucht von Turri in ca. 100 m Entfernung vom Haus zu baden.
Die erste (links vom Turm mit Blick auf das Meer) ist eine kleine Bucht, die von zwei hohen Klippen umgeben ist. Der Strand besteht hauptsächlich aus Sand mit mittlerer Körnung und Kieselsteinen. Der Meeresboden ist sandig und niedrig, das kristallklare Meer hat eine schöne türkise Farbe.
Der zweite Strand (rechts vom Turm mit Blick auf das Meer) hat eine sandige Außenschicht auf dunklem Kiesboden.
Der dritte Strand, der unmittelbar danach liegt, ist der längste und besteht zum größten Teil aus Kieselsteinen, die vom Meer geglättet werden. Der Meeresboden ist flach und sandig, das Wasser hat eine wunderbare smaragdgrüne und blaue Farbe.
Alle Strände sind vor dem Mistral geschützt und im Hintergrund erstreckt sich eine dichte und wilde mediterrane Vegetation.
